Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Fan Edition available in South Korea on July 7th

I will not be repeating the whole story of Galaxy Note 7, because anyone who cares already knows it by heart – a great phone has been released, then turned out to have a major issue, Samsung recalled it twice, somehow did not lost all credibility and now will be selling the refurbished copies once more. Last week I told you, dear readers, that the refurbished Note 7 will be called R, standing for, well, Refurbished. I am sorry for misleading you – it turns out that the device’s name will be FE, standing for Fan Edition (kinda stupid name if you ask me, but maybe I’m just defensive). Refurbished model has some of its components changed, mosty importantly its dangerously defective battery.

Galaxy Note 7 FE will be reaching South Korean’s store shelves on July 7th, this Friday. We are still unsure whether or not will the phone become available abroad, but, if you ask me, Samsung’s long silence on the subject bodes ill. If someone from abroad will want to go to SK and buy themselves a refurbished Note 7, they will have to pay six to seven hundred dollars for a unit – steep price, perhaps, but much lower than the upcoming Note 8.
