Refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will most certainly be available in South Korea and unavailable in the USA

Just in case you were still wondering; refurbished Galaxy Note 7 has just received its FCC certification. Three varians of the phone have been certified; SM-N935S, SM-N935L and SM-N935K, which probably means that three South Korean carriers, SK Telecom, LG U+ and KT Corporation will be selling it. While Samsung revealed that the device will eventually be available in other countries as well, United States will not be one of them – perhaps they’re tired of all the lawsuits, eh? Nudge, nudge. The only difference between the old and new Note 7 will be smaller and hopefully defect-less battery, 3200mAh instead of 3500. In case you’re interested in the device, here is its specification:

– Gorilla Glass 5 panel, 5.7′, 1440 x 2560p resolution,
– Exynos 8890 chipset, 8-core,
– Mali-T880 MP12 GPU,
– 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, microSD up to 256GB,
– 12mpx main camera, f/1.7 aperture, OIS, LED flash, phase detection autofocus,
– 5mpx selfie shooter, f/1.7 aperture,
– fast charging, 3500 mAh battery,
– dimensions: 53.5 x 73.9 x 7.9 mm.
