iPhone XS, XS Max and XR are not selling very well. What can Apple do? Sell more of the older, more successful models! Encouraged by the good sales figures of iPhone X last year, Apple has decided to renew the production of that device, presumably at the expense of its newer smartphones. What is more, Apple also wants to lower the price of iPhone XR in Japan. Will this plan work? Will people flock to buy an year old model if there are newer, if more pricey, ones available? We shall see.
