HTC may have concentrated on high-end premium devices lately, but the company seems to be finally throwing a bone to the lower-cost spectrum of buyers. This bone is code-named HTC 2Q720000 and it has just received its Wi-Fi Alliance certification. Certification says very little of its specs, only that it will be run by Android 8.1 Oreo and its CPU will be a Snapdragon 435. Rumour is that a variant with Snapdragon 625 will also be available.
