The story goes like this: roughly a month ago Sony has officially presented two of its smartphones, Xperia XZ2 and Xperia XZ2 Compact. During the event, Sony’s CEO let out that the company will also present the Xperia XZ2 Premium model. The man quickly backed out of his words, saying that he got overly excited, but not everyone believed him; rightly so, as there is a number of evidence towards Xperia XZ2 Premium actually existing. Putting aside various theories about Xperia’s naming and succession conventions, specification of the device that probably is Xperia XZ2 Premium has just leaked online. Listing does not tell us much; device’s codename is Sony H8188, it has a 4360×2160 p resolution and works under the Android 9.0 P OS. It is to be ready by the third quarter of this year (right around the IFA Berlin 2018).
Other, unconfirmed gossip has it that the device will come out with a 6′ screen, 6 gigabytes of RAM, Snapdragon 845 CPU and Adreno 630 GPU.
