Motorola continues the Android 7.0 Nougat roll-out for the US release of Moto X Pure Edition

Good tidings, Moto X Pure Edition users! At least those of you who live in the US. Few months ago Motorola begun to update its Moto X Pure Edition smartphones' OS to the 7.0 Nougat version. The update had to be put on hold due to a widespread screen issue related to it, it had to be postponed. Now that the issue is fixed, the update can continue, bringing with it a September security patch as a bonus.

In order to update, tap the Software Update button every now and then - if the new OS is not available to you yet, it will be soon. Also, enjoy this update, as it is be the last one that Motorola releases for the Moto X Pure Edition. Soon it will be time to upgrade your device.
