HTC today began notifying customers via email that it intends to cease offering its user back-up service at HTCSense.com. The service will officially close April 30. HTC recommends that customers log in to their account and download their data before the service halts operations. In a statement emailed to PhoneScoop, HTC representative Jeff Gordon said, "This is in response to customer feedback, and HTC is working to improve our services to provide a more enhanced customer experience. What that enhanced customer experience looks like is yet to be announced."
