It took a while, with the U.S release already happening eleven days ago, but HTC U Ultra is finally available for grabs in Canada. Canadian U Ultra is unlocked and available in three colours; Ice White, Brilliant Black and Sapphire Blue. The device is somewhat pricey, costing $999, but it can be argued that it is worth its price.
