Street billboards' content will depend on passing cars

To nobody's surprise, this particular idea has its roots in Russia. Startup called Synapse Labs is working on an ”intelligent” billboards. Their intelligence is said to depend upon having cameras and an advanced mechanical learning feature that allows them to recognize brands of passing vehicles. Mercedes driving by will make the billboard feature a high-end product, while a passing Bonra's driver might check the latest price of a sack of potatoes. While the above may or may not be an exaggeration, the billboards will work in exacly that way - by showing a product sufficiently expensive for the (assumed on the basis of the vehicle owned) driver's wallet. Interesting.
