A consumer advocacy group in Australia has already lodged a formal complaint and associated lawsuit against Apple for the marketing of its new iPad, and it looks like a group in Sweden may do the same thing. The Swedish Consumer Agency has revealed that it may investigate Apple into whether or not it is misleading customers by claiming the new iPad is 4G capable.
