Scambook company offers service in fixing problems between the online
shop and its customer. What it does in fact is an attempt to get free
money from online shops.

The way it works can be described like this:
1. An unhappy customer makes a complaint on scambook webpage.(
complaints which are not verified by scambook)
2.This complaint is displayed on the internet as hard to solve.
3. The online shop receives information that it must pay money in order
to start the whole process.
4. When the shop decides to pay the monthly fee, it receives a message
that he must wait for the solution.
5. After a month he receives another message that he needs to pay one
more time for the same thing.
Scambook company doesn't care about the clients, it only cares about
getting free money from online shops.
When you type on google a sentence " scambook is a scam" you
may find a lot of companies that have lost money to this website. All
companies which care about their good opinions sooner or later become a
victim of this website.
