Starting today, Motorola One Power will be ran by Android 9 Pie OS. This happens in accordance to the Android One program that the device belongs to; program's rule is that every smartphone in it receives OS updates for three years since its release. Security updates up the phone's software version to PPK29.68-16-8. As usually, the update is released in waves, which means that it may or may not be available for your phone right now. You can always try to download it manually by going to Settings > System > System Updates.
