Huawei revealed its Nova and Nova Plus mid-rangers during the Berlin IFA 2016. Now, right before its October release, the company launched the 4GB version of the Nova model - strictly for the China market. Huavei Nova's specs are:

- octa-core 2GHz Snapdragon 625 processor,
- 4GB RAM, 32GB ROM, 128GB microSD,
- 12MP rear camera, LED flash and f/2.2 aperture, 8MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture,
- 3,020mAh battery,
- fingerprint sensor,
- Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
