And... Yes, its rebranded Alcatel Idol 4 with preinstaled BlackBerry Hub, Keybord and DTEK.
From some time we knew that this is simple rebrand but only real unknown was name - last time it was Hamburg and earlier Neon.
So what' sdifference? As I mentioned few acapits higher: software. DTEK means more security, it will inform about all possibly dangerous actions in background (making photos, recording, turning microfone, sending SMS, checking contacts and calling history).
As for hardware there's no difference from Idol 4:

RAM: 3GB;
Storage: 16GB + microSD;
Cameras: 13/8MP;
Battery: 2610mAh.
Few words about price and avaibility. Phone is avaible in US ($299), Canada (CAD 429), UK (£275), France, Germany and Spain (€339).
