The update has already come out for those who opted into the Android 9 Pie beta; the rest of us have just received it now. The update ups the phone's software version to G950FXXS4CRLB. If your phone does not download it automatically then go to Settings > Software update and select it. Galaxy S8+ update is not available atm but should be soon.
