How to enter a network unlock code in a Samsung I9301I Galaxy S3 Neo

Entering the unlock code in a Samsung I9301I Galaxy S3 Neo is very simple.
1. Start the Samsung I9301I Galaxy S3 Neo with an unaccepted simcard (unaccepted means different than the one in which the device works)
2. Special unock window should appear

Excelente servicio, había traido el móvil de Alemania y pensé que estaba liberado , pero tenia un bloqueo regional, solo se podía usar si el sim era de algún país europeo. Hice el pedido (Un Samsung SII Neo) del código de desbloqueo y en una hora mas o menos tenia resuelto el problema.
