The event will take place in Paris in March 2020. Huawei has revealed three things about the P40 phone: it will have strong camera capabilities, it will have a very original construction (whatever that means), and it will also almost certainly not sport Google services. That last point may very well kill the device, at least in the West; it has already been shown, e.g. by the Huawei P30 Pro’s preorder failure in Poland, that most people are not interested in Google-less devices.
