As it turns out, Huawei has just filed for a large number of trademarks in the European Union. Among them is not only Mate 20 – which will be the name of the Mate 10’s successor – but also Mate 30, 40 and more, all the way up to 90. This, along with Huawei trademarking names P30 and P40 a few months ago, shows that the company is making seriously long-term plans. As for Mate 20, it is expected to be unveiled this October. It may or may not come with a 6.1′ display, Kirin 980 processor and 6 or 8 GB RAM as well as a dual-camera layout.
