Xiaomi has just patented a new device on CNIPA Chinese National Intellectual Property Association.
The upcoming model will be the first foldable clamshell device.
The device is said to have two cameras and a tiny horizontal display on the cover, which looks very similar to a different device.
Xiaomi also said that the model will have a pill-shaped punch hole on the inside for dual front-facing cameras. The bottom is occupied by the SIM slot, a USB-C, and a speaker grill, while the power key and volume rocker are on the right-hand side.
We have been waiting a long time for Xiaomi to create such device, after all other companies, but it is finally coming and we cannot wait for it.
