Users clinging to Windows 7 have a problem. New bug does not allow to turn the PC off

So far unrecognized error does not allow neither turning off nor restarting a computer. When attempted in a normal fashion, Windows displays a somewhat hilarious message stating that the user does not have authorization to turn off this PC. Error can reportedly be circumvented by using the Group Policy editor, but it is not an easy operation that ”weekend users” will succeed at.

Rumour is that Adobe software is responsible for the issue, but it is not an official information.

Looks like the future of Windows 7 is now questionable. Either Microsoft will give in and release a free global fix, or the OS will die for everyone who does not participate in the costly Windows 7 subscription program.
