Popular alt-right internet paper turned out not being popular enough to upkeep itself. Andrew Anglin, founder of TDS, has announced that he is forced to lay off most of his staff due to not being able to pay them. It is important to remember that TDS works on donations; its January 2020 revenue turned out to be measly 5000 dollars, a petty amount since it costs 10000 per month just for the website to stay afloat.

Oh my, neo-nazis are not being read enough to continue working. What ever will we do?

To make things more funny, Anglin himself posted his thoughts on the matter online. He complains about having to become the only writer and criticizes his readers for being cheapskates.

Boohoo. Perhaps TDS would have more money if Anglin was not forced to pay 700 thousand dollars penalty for being a main drive behind a large scale persecussion of a woman in 2019, whose only ”faults” were her skin colour and the fact she made and honest business deal with his friend’s mother.

It is nice to see such a proof of people’s common sense. If any business deserves to go down, it is The Daily Stormer. While the site is not being closed down – for now – having just one writer means that it will become even less influencial than it already was.
