Joe and Anthony Russo, makers of Avengers: Endgame, are now working on a Netflix animated show. Titled Magic: The Gathering, it is based on a relatively popular fantasy-themed card game. Very little is known about the show: it has been advertised as ”expanding on the stories of the Planeswalkers” (factions within the card game) and ”contending with stakes larger than any one world can hold”. Cool, I guess, especially since Russo brothers themselves apparently are MTG fans. If true, this means that they will understand the ”feel” of the universe, which in turn will help them create a more capturing show.
