LG proudly continues the tradition of updating its devices’ operating systems later than anyone else; it is only now that one of its newest smartphones, G7 ThinQ, has had its OS updated to Android 9 Pie. Other than the US, the update is currently available in Italy, UK, Poland, Belgium, Austria and a few other EU countries.

Your message sounded optimistic as I feared. Here in the Netherlands no updates in sight. In answer to my repeated querie I keep getting the same answer: ‘that you have the latest version OS on your device’. I find this completely unacceptable.. Will never take an LG again. They have lost face.
