US users of Samsung Galaxy S10 report poor device’s network strength

The device is only out for a month and it is already facing problems. First, there were reports of Galaxy S10 refusing to enter sleep mode; now it turns out it also has issues with its signal strength. Those users with Sprint carrier seem to be the most affected, thought AT&T and T-Mobile clients are also at risk of facing that problem. According to a research by Android Police, the problem occurs when the device is being held in a certain, ”wrong” way.

Sprint acknowledges the issue and promises it will be fixed in the upcoming software update. Disabling Band 41 and 25 support supposedly fixes the problem for Sprint users.
