It took FB a few fake news scandals, but better late than never. From now on, every news published on FB will have a little ”i” in a white circle icon implemented into it. Upon clicking that icon the reader will be presented with information about the source of the news – description, origin and date of the source’s creation, places where the news has been shared the most etc. This feature will, at least until some hacker/s decide to mess with it, help us recognize the value of the news by evaluating its source.
