It continues this trend with the Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact devices, as both are not only being updated to Android 9 Pie right now, but even ahead of schedule – XZ2 line was supposed to have its operating system updated on November, Update carries a build number 52.0.A.3.27, and weights a bit over one gigabyte. Among other updates it contains an October security patch. The update is available in both Europe and the US.
