Software versions G950WVLU5BRI6 and G955WVLU5BRI6 have been released for the Canada-sold Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphones. These updates bring with them fixes for a dozen critical Android OS, 11 Samsung and an unspecified number of lesser vulnerabilities. No other content has been reported so far. If your phone does not update automatically, I suggest going to Settings and Software update and tap the Download updates manually option.
