Both options are very decent budget devices that will offer a reliable smartphone for a small price; Moto X4 offers a Snapdragon 630 chipset with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, P67 water/dust resistance (nice), 12mpx + 8mpx main camera and 3000mAh battery, while Moto G5S Plus 64GB’s specs include Snapdragon 625 chipset with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage (duh), 13mpx + 13mpx main camera and 3000mAh battery.
