The update is immediately available for the LG Uplus and SK Telecom variants and should be available for other South Korean carriers soon. It is unknown whether or not will global release of Note 7 Fan Edition also receive the update. People in the know-how believe it to be very possible.

In order to download the update, go to Settings > Software Update menu.
