Turns out that SM-G8750 and SM-G8850 will be called Samsung Galaxy S8 Lite and Galaxy A8 Star respectively

According to a Twitter message posted by one MMDDJ_ (whomever that may be), Samsung smartphones known so far as SM-G8750 and SM-G8850 already have their names. The first one, rumoured to be the Galaxy S9 itself, turns out to be Galaxy S8 Lite, a lesser version of the popular S8 line; the second one will reportedly be called Galaxy A8 Star and will be an improvement over the already strong Galaxy A8+. What we know about them specs-wise is this:

Galaxy S8 Lite:

– Snapdragon 660 SoC,
– 4GB RAM and 64GB storage,
– 2220×1080 pixels display,
– Android 8.0 Oreo OS.

Galaxy A8 Star:

– 6.3′ display,
– 64GB storage,
– 3700 mAh battery,
– 24mpx x 16mpx rear camera.

We do not know these phones’ release date. It is possible that both of them will be China-exclusive anyway.
