Unlocked units of Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will soon, in two to three weeks, have their operating systems updated to Android 8.0 Oreo. This update follows a similiar one for the carrier (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile) versions of Galaxy S8 and S8+. It is unknown when, if at all, will Galaxy S8 Active get its update.
