A sad reminder for you Pokemon-playing, old iPhone-using folks; starting February 28th, Pokemon Go will no longer be supported by iPhones unable to run iOS 11. This include iPhone 5 and older, with the exception of iPhone 5s that will probably be able to support the game. Please remember that it will not be neccessary to have iOS 11 installed to play the game; as long as your iPhone can run iOS 11, it can run Pokemon Go too.

I am afraid that, if you want to catch them all, you have to upgrade to a newer iPhone. I am sure that people at Apple are as sad as I am.
