As it turns out, Samsung has just filed a trademark application with the European Union Intellectual Property Office. What they trademarked was the brand name ”Uhssup”. According to the trademark application, mysterious ”Uhssup” is supposed to be a mobile app for chatting and sharing locations. This sounds more or less like every other chat app out there, so there is a question of whether Samsung just wants a slice of that generic chat app pie or is there more to ”Uhssup” than meets the eye.
