Research has been conducted by the firm LikeFolio. The firm compared the number of positives said about Galaxy smartphones to the number of those said about iPhone smartphones, and the positive sentiment towards Samsung’s products seem to be prevalent. It dropped, naturally, after the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco, but then it quickly bounced back up, currently nearly reaching the pre-Note 7 levels. The ”happiness” level of iPhone users is overall lower than that of Galaxy users, but it has stayed on more or less the same level over the years. iPhone X may change this when it becomes more widely available.
