First opinions on iPhone X

Check time. First units of iPhone X, Apple’s most recent flagship, have reached the hands of revievers. Those revievers are sharing their very first, fresh opinions about the device. So, what do they think so far? Pretty good things, actually! Here are some of the more commonly liked aspects of iPhone X:

– lack of Home button. To turn iPhone X on and off, one now has to press the bottom of the screen and drag it to the top. This new method is said to be intuitive and convenient,
– size of the screen. 5.8′, surrounded by really thin bezels, makes this phone really slim and therefore easy to handle,
– OLED technology used to create the X’s displays. Thanks to OLED displays, iPhone X displays images clean-cut and in sharp colour,
– FacEID is said to work just as intended, no problems. iPhone X’s facial identification is said to be hard to trick, too; neither headwear nor facial hair can fool it.

The only feature that the revievers have any complains with – so far – is how some of the apps are not ill-fit for the X’s large display. Many applications are unable to use all the space that the phone’s display offers and end up displaying a variety of black strips on the top and/or bottom of the screen. This issue (I wish everyone to only have this kind of problems in their lives) happens both with Apple and 3rd party apps.
