Looks like HTC wants its Edge Sense to stick. Some thought that U11 will be the only foray into the Edge Sense technology made by the company, but now we know that HTC is, in fact, working on a mid-range device that will adopt this tech. Source of the news is the same person who already leaked info on U Ultra and U Play phones, so it is safe to assume that he/she is right this time, too.

What will be Ocean Life’s (this is HTC’s internal name – phone will most likely come out under a different one) specification? What we know makes it stick out as a pretty good mid-ranger:

– 5.2-inch display, FullHD,
– Snapdragon 660 chipset,
– 16mpx front and rear cameras,
– 2600mAh battery,
– Android 7.1.1 OS…

… and, of course, Edge Sense. Except for a battery so small that it’s silly, Life’s specs look very good for its (presumably) small price. When will we learn more about the device, let alone see it released? No one knows, for now.
