Official presentation took place by company Qualcomm, producer of Snapdragon processors have presented models 625, 435 and 425 and even Snapdragon Wear 2100 which will be used in devices in wearable category.
The new system will replace the Snapdragon 400, which was not designed from the beginning for this technology and was only adapted from smartphones. Snapdragon Wear 2100 is about 30% smaller than its predecessor, and consumes 1/4 less power and also has a built-in LTE modem, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Snapdragon 435 and Snapdragon 425 are systems that will be offered in a less sophisticated phones in terms of specifications. The system is supported by Adreno 505 graphics and will handle a maximum image FullHD 60 frames per second and 21-megapixel camera.
Another system presented by the manufacturer is the Snapdragon 625, which supports 4K video and cameras with resolutions up to 24 megapixels. It will be equipped with Adreno 506 graphics and support fast charging feature Quick Charge 3.0.
For the premiere of the new systems we will need to wait a few months, earliest we will see the use of mobile Snapdragon Wear 2100 might be in LG, that plans to use the new processor soon this year in presented new watch.
