The device is equipped with a processor Intel Atom Z8500-X5 clocked at 1.44 GHz and the integrated graphics called the Intel HD, and all this is supported by 2GB of RAM.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 look directly refers to the iPad mini, which is also reflected in the applied display. Tablet with a screen resolution of 2048×1536 pixels and a diagonal of 7.9 inches, will be produced in two editions, differing in the amount of internal memory.
First, the standard version will be released with the Xiaomi system and 16GB of internal memory available for the user and the second one will have 64GB, unfortunately there is lack of the slot for a micro-SD card and modem supporting 3G/LTE.
The device will run on Android with MIUI overlay.
