The dual sim version is now available in Germany for 98 euro, and many retailers have it in there offer.

It is a very good low price smartphone that has a 4″ FWVGA display, runs on Snapdragon 200 and 4 GB of storage, a 5MP cam and the latest Windows Phone 8.1 OS.
