There will be no Android 7 update for devices with Snapdragon 800/801

From the informations given from Google, Qualcomm and interested manufacturers (HTC, Sony and LG) we can’t deduce anything.
At the moment three sides are blaming each other so we have three possible reasons:
– First theory was that those SoCs don’t support Vulkan but Vulkan is optional so it’s not a case;
– Efficiency also can’t be the reason couse Snapdragon have better resaults then Helio X10;
– Third reason that we can take into account is procesor architecture.
So, is this what we must blame? Basically yes, Google have something known as CDD and CTS and they are rules and tests OEM (Android version from phone manufacturer) must pass to have green light from Google.
Gary Simons from Android Authority noticed one key feature ARMv7 lacks in comparison with ARMv8 – file-based encryption support, or to precise lack of it in ARMv7.
So basically “blame” is on Google’s will to improve security. Of course economics have it’s dead but searching any reasonable solution we have this.
