Some time ago we heard about the experiments on “no touch screen”, led by Samsung. Microsoft, however, goes a step further.The Microsoft “no touch-screen” function is based on a super-sensitive screen which detects small electrical charges emitted by our body. It looks like that the closer one of our fingers to the screen, it will be detected through the screen and appropriately respond.One advantage of this feature is to solve the problem of dirty screen. Another positive aspect is the change in design philosophy interfaces in mobile applications. When we approach a hand to the screen, a menu of applications should appear. This avoids a search button located somewhere at the edge of the screen.Unfortunately we still do not know when, or if, this invention will be introduced to smartphones.
