iPhones 8 and X will face a ban in South Korea?

South Korean government reportedly considers banning the sales of iPhone 8 and X in the country. The reason for such drastic measure is a patent infringement claim by a company called KAIST; KAIST has reportedly patented a processor technology that Apple then proceeded to illegally use in its A-series processors. Smartphones targeted by the possible patent infringement include iPhone 8, iPhone 8+, iPhone X, iPad 9.7, and 9.7-, 10.5- and 12.9-inch iPad Pro.

KAIST has also filed a similiar patent infringement case against Samsung.
